WATCH - The Full Experience
WHAT YOUR BODY CARRIES HOME
You’ve seen the first two minutes. Here’s the rest of what I shared that day — a few moments from one evening, in the order they happened.
This is a recording from a live session for healthcare providers.
YOU ARE NOT BROKEN
It’s easy to believe that carrying this home means something is wrong with you — that everyone else figured out how to cope, and you’re the one falling behind.
You’re not.
Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was built to do. What it’s missing isn’t willpower or resilience. It’s space, and permission, to finish what it started.
Which raises a harder question about the story we’ve been told about ourselves.
WE WERE NEVER HEROES
We hear it constantly. Healthcare heroes. And it’s meant as a tribute.
But the word does something quiet and costly. Heroes push through. Heroes sacrifice. Heroes don’t need help — so when a hero starts to struggle, the story has nowhere to put them except failing.
I don’t think we’re heroes. I think we’re people who show up for others, even when it costs us. And people don’t need pedestals. We need to be seen, supported, and given something real to do with the weight.
And if we’re people, not heroes — then the question becomes what we actually deserve.
MORE THAN WELLNESS
Sleep more. Exercise. Journal. Meditate. Practice gratitude.
None of it is wrong. But if you’ve done all the right things and still driven home with the shift sitting on your chest, you already know where the gap is.
Most of what we call wellness speaks to the mind. The weight of this work doesn’t live in the mind.
We deserve more than coping until the next vacation. I believe we deserve greatness — and I don’t think that’s a stretch. I think it’s the starting point.
So where does greatness actually come from? It’s closer than you think.
YOUR BODY ALREADY KNOWS HOW
Here’s the part that changes everything.
Your body knows how to close a wound without you thinking about it. Your nervous system works the same way. It already knows how to complete the stress, release what’s held, and let the shift go — if you give it the space and the permission to do it.
In that room, with no training and no diagnosis, people felt something shift. Not because I fixed anything. Because their bodies did what they were built to do.
That’s what’s available to you — after every shift, every hard conversation, every day that follows you home.
Restore. Connect. Thrive.
Beyond wellness — to greatness.
What you just watched is a taster. The work itself is a six-week practice — built to give your body what it’s been asking for all along.
